• Our vegan bakery operates in a shared commercial kitchen space that may also process goods containing dairy, eggs, and soy. We do not use these common allergens in our ingredients and make every effort to keep our space clean and allergen-free. However, those with severe allergies should be advised that we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. In the future, our goal is to have our own facility that is 100% free of these common allergens

LOCAL PICK UP

Ordering your vegan cake for pickup here in Charlotte?

• Orders require a week advance notice.
• Friday is the cutoff day for orders to be received by the following week. 
  
• Pickup days are Saturday & Sunday. A date and time are selected at checkout. See the order policy for more information.
  
• We kindly request that you arrive during your scheduled time slot to ensure your items are ready.
• Pick up from The Charlotte Regional Farmers Market, located in BLDG C.
• Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on their arranged date.

SHIPPING

Ordering your vegan cake for delivery? Here’s what you need to know

• Friday 1 PM EST is the cutoff to receive orders the following week. 
• Items are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Please select a shipping date at checkout. Note that this is not the delivery date.
• Please ensure you select a shipping date that allows enough time for delivery prior to your event.
• We ship within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• We are not liable for any delays or damages incurred by the courier. While we do our best to package our products carefully, we ultimately cannot account for incidents that may occur during transit.
